We don't charge a call-out fee to come and look. Emergency work out of hours is priced fairly and we'll tell you the cost before we do it

Move what you can out of the way and put a bucket under it. If a ceiling is bulging with water, stay out of that room and tell us when you ring.

Yes. We'll photograph the damage and give you a written report of what failed and what it needs, which is usually what the insurer asks for.

No. Making it safe is the first step, not the job. We'll arrange the permanent repair with you before we leave.
