Yes, and we do it regularly. We'll assess honestly what's usable and what has to come out — sometimes the cheapest route is redoing part of it properly rather than patching bad work.

Yes. Everything is managed by us and you have one point of contact. Not having to chase five trades is the main reason people call.

A bathroom is usually around a week to ten days, a kitchen a little longer depending on the electrics and any wall work. You'll have a timeline before we start.

We plan to keep that as short as possible and tell you honestly how many days you'll be without. Rushing that part is how corners get cut.
