It depends on the size, the pitch, the material and whether the timbers underneath need work. That's why we get up and look before quoting — a price given over the phone is a guess, and guesses are what turn into 'unexpected extras' later. Quotes are free and there's no call-out charge.

No. Some firms charge £100+ before they've been near your roof. We don't.

Often you don't. Plenty of roofs we're called to need a repair, not a replacement. We'll show you photos of what's up there and tell you straight — a repair that lasts is better for us than a re-roof you resent paying for.

We don't strip a roof with heavy rain forecast, because that puts your house at risk. We plan around the forecast and tell you honestly if a day needs moving rather than rushing it badly.

No. That's one of the most common complaints about roofers round here and it's the easiest thing in the world to avoid. We clear and sweep before we leave.
